When I decided to make the change to becoming a vegan. I went looking for cookbooks and found The Simply Vegan Cookbook. This cookbook has been amazing with information and recipes.
This cookbook has given me so many dinners for us so far, a few we have made several times. The variety of dishes are filling as well as tasty. This cookbook has helped me make the change.

One downfall is there aren’t very many pictures in the book, the ones that are there are helpful in making those recipes. So for those who are more visual then this may not be a good idea for you.
One thing that is great about this book is each section explains about the main food, like the section for greens, it explains about them and how to cook them. For new items like tofu or lentils, it was a huge help to know the proper way of preparing them. I know the internet is a good resource to have. For me, I like having a book to hold in my hands to help learn things.
I recommend this cookbook to anyone who is just starting out with their journey to eating healthy. This book will help teach you about the vegan life style as well as each of the main vegan ingredients.
